Our webshop has been developed with Opencart software. Your personal data that you enter for the benefit of our services are stored in the backend of Opencart. Only we have access to this data. For security use is made of SSL Encryption (HTTPS) and strong password policy. Backups are regularly made so that no data is lost.

Opencart Software Reviews (Reviews)
We collect reviews via the Opencart software platform that our website runs on. If you leave a review via Opencart you are obliged to enter your name and e-mail address. The review is only transparent for use  which is linked to your order. Appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect your personal data.

Web hosting - Yourhosting
Wel take webhosting and e-mail services at Yourhosting. Yourhosting processes the personal data for use and does not use your data for their purposes. Yourhosting can collect metadata on behalf of use  to gain insight into the use of the services. These are not personal data. Yourhosting has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Your hosting is required by virtue of the confidentiality agreement.

Payment processors - Multisafepay and Paypal
For the handling of (part of) the payments in our web shop (s), We are using the Platform of Multisafepay and Paypal. With Multisafepay and Paypal your name, address, zip code and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account number will be processed. Multisafepay and Paypal have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Multisafepay and Paypal reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Multisafepay and Paypal services for which they engage third parties. Multisafepay and Paypal do not store your data for longer than permitted by the legal terms.

Shipping orders and logistics Global
If you place an order with us, it is necessary that your package / order is delivered to you. That is why we use one of the couriers mentioned above to send the deliveries. In order for this shipping process to take place in an orderly manner, it is necessary to share your name, address, postcode, place of residence, e-mail and telephone details with the courier. The Courier needs this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. If it turns out that the courier activates a subcontractor to send the order, the courier will also provide the delivery address with your details to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting - CASH Business Software
We are using Cash Accounting Software to finance the accounting module for its administration and accounting. In order to set up this process properly,We will share your name, address, zip code, town / city, e-mail, telephone numbers, Fax and, if necessary KVK and VAT number, and details for your order. The aforementioned data are used for the administration.
